Sophie is Muntons resident Brewing Technologist, providing technical brewing advice and helping with recipe development on our bespoke 100 litre pilot brewery in our Centre for Excellence. Prior to joining Muntons, Sophie was a head brewer for seven years creating an extensive range of beers for commercial consumption. Sophie is also SIBA Eastern regional secretary, a member of the IBD and part of Project Venus.

Spiced Honey Pale Ale
The beer has been made using honey, ginger and coriander seeds, Vienna malt has a backdrop with a hint of caramalt, toasted wheat and rye for a rich golden, toasted maltiness.
A ruby mild with light roasted malts to give a warm toasted characteristic and a depth of rich fruit characteristics balancing the light roast
A light and refreshing Saison produced with fresh lime peel and complimenting hops. The beer is dry and crisp and has a sharp citrus aroma and flavour. The beer is then balanced with a depth of spiciness. Made using 100% Super Pale Malt, Mandarina Baveria hops and Belle Saison yeast.
Made using Muntons Brown Malt and Oat Malt, giving the ale a smooth mouthfeel. Muntons Propino 86.4%, Brown Malt 10%, Oat Malt 3.6% and Yellow Sub (hop blend)
Christmas Old Ale
Rich, complex dark and fruity flavours and a gentle roasted character. Propino Pale 83.5% Amber 4% Chocolate 2.5% Dark Crystal 4% Malted Rye Flakes 4% Actimalt EXD 200 2% and Target
